Hazed Thoughts

So I first saw your pic on the web
I didn't know I'd be entangled in your web
I slid as they say into your dm
And you slid into my fantasy
They said love at first sight isn't real
But I guess you threw me to an another realm
Where nothing was impossible
Where I could have a sleepless night
Thinking of ways to make her smile
Intoxicated in the moment
Lost in her haze
Drowsy in her happiness
To a man they said couldn't love
For everyone took his kindness for granted
But he saw one who changed it all
Made him smile
Gave him hope for love
But it turned out
She was with one
Who doesn't value her worth
One who doesn't  know how valuable
How valuable her trust is
How valuable she is
And most of all how valuable her love is
And how lucky he is
To have had her heart
In his possession
Words said sound like empty promises
If only I could prove it
And have the chance to win her heart even if it takes time
Hearts feelings that are true can stand the test of time
